ATTENTION -- In previous years the quality of boneless meat has been questionable. Therefore your boneless meat will be inspected -- if we find any hair, glands, blood trauma, rocks, grass, etc. -- you will be charged 30¢ per pound for us to clean it to our standards. If you wouldn't eat in your burger why should be put it in your sausage?
ALSO -- if you fail to tell us you did not field dress your deer we are NOT responsible for the quality.
